Teaching Biblical Truth

First and foremost, we desire that the children of Ridgeview Kids learn the Word of God and that they grow to always trust it as the Truth. In a time where society places much value on feelings and the idea of personal or relative truth, it is imperative that we instill God’s Truth as the only Truth.

Encouraging Godly Fellowship

"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." -1 Thessalonians 5:11

We want the children of Ridgeview Kids to develop friendships that are honoring to the Lord. We pray that they build the types of relationships with their peers whereby they feel comfortable sharing God’s Truth with each other and building each other up in the Lord.

Instilling a Heart of Worship

"Let them praise the name of the Lord, For His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven." - Psalm 148:13

We believe that true joy comes from sincere worship!

Developing a Life of Prayer

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances." - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

If followers of Christ are to pray always, it is our responsibility as children’s ministry leaders to teach the children how. This can be done by encouraging prayer in all things - small and large, praying often in their presence, and telling them when we have been praying for them outside of the church walls.

It is our heart to lead kids to abundant life in Jesus in everything they do, apply God’s truth through every day living, and make the Bible come alive!

PRESCHOOL

Birth - PreK

Preschoolers learn, play, and discover who God is through our interactive Bible curriculum. Through action songs and age-appropriate manipulatives, they are taught the most basic Bible truths that lay the foundation for what it means to know and trust the Lord. Our classrooms are clean, safe, and inviting, and your young preschoolers will love to explore.

SCHOOL AGE

Kinder - Grade 3

Children engage in a time of musical worship as well as interactive Bible lessons and activities using The Gospel Project, a curriculum developed to point every event in the Bible back to Jesus Christ. Your child will experience, learn, and explore the Word together as they grow in the knowledge of who God is and how to apply His Truth to their lives.

PRETEEN

Grade 4 - 5

Preteens continue in grow in their depth of relationship with each other and the Lord through worship, Bible lessons through The Gospel Project, and learning how to live out their faith through acts of service, evangelism, and an introduction to the spiritual disciplines. They participate in deep, meaningful interactions while walking through the Scriptures together and praying over one another.

SIMPLE & SAFE

CHILD CHECK-IN

Check-in begins and classrooms open 15 minutes before each service. If you’re visiting for the first time, you will need to fill out a new family form to receive security stickers.

Parent Paging: If we need you during service, the number on your sticker will be displayed or we will text you.
A unique family number will be generated and printed each week.
Child Pick-up: You must present your portion of the sticker to check-out your child.
