About Salt and Light
Salt and Light is the Young Adult Group at Ridgeview for ages 18-24. We meet each Sunday night from 6:30 PM- 8:00 PM. The first four weeks each month are in the Student Ministry Building. Each month with a 5th Sunday, we do a social event off campus.

Pastor Brian Rushing
I grew up at Ridgeview Church, interned in the youth group as a high school student, and served as Youth Pastor as a young adult. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a bachelor's degree in English, taught in the public school system for 10 years, and earned my Master's degree in Education Administration. I am married to Chanel, my high school sweetheart, and we have three children. I am thrilled to be serving in ministry at Ridgeview Church and I can’t wait to see what God does with this young adult ministry!
