Matt Geisinger

Lead Pastor

I surrendered my life to Jesus when I was 9 years old while at a Christian Summer Camp in California. I’ve been married to my amazing and beautiful wife Joyce, who is truly a gift from God, since 1995. God has blessed us with 3 Children: Alyssa (2000), Nathan (2003) and Luke (2006).
God called me into ministry while I was attending college. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of California San Diego in 1994. After graduation, I attended Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA and graduated with a Master of Divinity in 1998.
God called me first into hospital chaplaincy and then into pastoral ministry.
I have been serving as the Lead Pastor of Ridgeview Church since December of 2003. My passion in ministry is to help others come to know and love our LORD through the power of His Word. One of my life verses is John 8:31-32, "Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, 'If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.'”
I am the son of a coach and love just about every sport there is, especially basketball and football. When I have time for fun, I love to play sports, hike, fish, and travel.

Dave Anderson

Associate Pastor

I came to join the Ridgeview Leadership team in 2019. I have been a church planter, Pastor, and short-term missionary since 2000. I felt called of the Lord to come along side Pastor Matt to encourage and equip the staff and body of our fellowship. In 1995 I married my wife Leticia, and we began a life of ministry. I am the father of Ellyse, Sara, Jake, Beth, and Ryan, and the grandfather of Charlotte. Through my many years of ministry, I have learned that the verse God gave me on the day I was saved still holds true for all of ministry - 2 Corinthians 11:3, "But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

Felix Tan

Executive Pastor

For the past 20+ years, I've been deeply involved in the inner workings of church administration, alongside my adventures in finance. Ministry has always been my passion, leading me through diverse roles, from guiding high school students to leading the young adult ministry to embarking on life-changing mission trips. I spent most of my life in the breathtaking landscapes of Hawai`i, and my family and I recently planted new roots in Rockwall. When I'm not knee-deep in spreadsheets or organizing events, you'll likely find me on the golf course, soaking in the Texas sunshine and chasing that elusive hole-in-one.

Brian Rushing

Student & Young Adult Pastor

II grew up at Ridgeview Church, interned in the youth group as a high school student, and served as Youth Pastor as a young adult. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a bachelor's degree in English, taught in the public school system for 10 years, and earned my Master's degree in Education Administration. I am married to Chanel, my high school sweetheart, and we have three children ranging from high school down to elementary school named Red, Ruby and Rocky. I am thrilled at my fortune to be serving in ministry as the Student Pastor at Ridgeview Church.

Jeff Lowe

Worship Pastor

I gave my life to Jesus as a young boy and have always had a love for music. I married my wife, Misty, in 2008 and have four beautiful daughters. When I have free time, I like to write music, travel, and watch movies with the family. I am also the 7th and 8th grade boys youth leader. I like coffee.

Cooper & Suzanne Smith

Marriage Ministry

We have been married for over 30 years and have 3 grown children. We have been serving in ministry for most of those 30 years. We currently head up the Marriage Ministry at Ridgeview Church and have been involved in the Marriage Ministry here for the past 6 years. Through our many years together, God has shown us how to live out His Word in our lives and in our marriage. He has given us a heart to show others how to do the same. Through our own healed and reconciled marriage, we have a heart to come alongside other married couples in difficult situations and walk with them, bringing the hope that they can have through Christ.

Wendy Mantilla

Connection Ministry & Care Ministry
HR Director

I began working at Ridgeview in 2017. I have a B.A. in Behavioral Science and a Masters Degree in Sociology. My husband, Michael, and I have three furry dogs who are our "foster failures.” Each dog wiggled their way into our hearts while waiting for their forever homes. Before we knew it, our peaceful quiet family of two became a sometimes muddy, often stinky, and always hairy family of five. When I’m not cleaning up after one of the boys, taking them for a walk, or playing with them, you’ll find me in the kitchen sampling something delicious my husband is creating for us to enjoy while we watch a baseball or hockey game on TV. One of my favorite Bible verses is Romans 12:12, "Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer."

Joyce Geisinger

Women's Ministry Director

We moved to Rockwall, TX from San Diego, CA in 2003. We have three teenage children and two dogs... They keep our lives full of love! My passion is learning God's Word and I live to share His truth and love. I enjoy long walks, especially in the mountains or on a beach. I am an AGGIE Fan. I like to travel around the world. I like Janette Oake books and movies and I love to visit with a good friend while drinking hot tea on a comfy couch.

Barbara Osborne

Office & Communications Manager

My family moved to Rockwall in 2015 and we began attending Ridgeview in early 2016. I started working at Ridgeview later that year in the preschool and the following year switched over to working for the church. I am married to my amazing husband, Aaron, and we have two wonderful children. Much of our free time is spent supporting our children in their activities, coordinating band and dance props, and hanging out in our backyard with friends and family. Romans 12:2 is one of my favorite verses – “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Erin Bradley

Preschool Director

I accepted Jesus as my savior at a young age but came to know a very personal relationship with him in my early 20’s. I have been attending Ridgeview Church with my family since 2016 and accepted a position with Ridgeview Preschool in 2017. God called me into the Preschool Director role in 2020 and I’ve been blessed by serving the preschool families and staff every since! I’ve been married to my best friend Justin since 2007 and together we have two children. Much of my free time is spent attending various family events and supporting our children in all their activities. I love Jesus and am grateful that He calls me His daughter!

Jamie Menges

Ridge Kids Team Manager

I gave my life over to the Lord at 14 while attending a Christian Power Team evangelism event. My family moved from Oklahoma to the Rockwall area in 2011 and have been attending Ridgeview since 2014. I originally began working at Ridgeview in the wonderful preschool in 2014, where I immediately fell in love with the people, and have been working or serving in the Children’s Ministry ever since. I have been married to my husband, Michael, since 2007 and have two children, Lunden and Bowen. I enjoy baking and love spending every extra minute I have with my amazing family and my sweet dogs. “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with Joy.” Psalm 126:3

Marcia Ramos

My husband and I have been devoted Ridgeview members since 2008. We feel blessed to have touched countless lives within our congregation, nurturing students of all ages and guiding young adults on their faith journey. I firmly believe that ministry extends beyond the walls of our church. I strive to meet people where they are and point them toward the transformative love of Jesus. In 2019, I was invited to serve on staff, where I use the gifts God has given me to bring attention to detail and a passion for stewardship to the Finance department.
Psalm 150:6, Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Jenni Pritchard

Office Assistant

My husband Brian and I were married in 2001, and our two sons were born in 2006 and 2010. I surrendered my life to Jesus as an adult, and the Lord led my family to Ridgeview Church in 2019. We feel so blessed to be a part of the Ridgeview family and have learned so much from this amazing community of believers. I started serving in the Children’s Ministry in February of 2022. I joined the Women’s Ministry leadership team in March of 2023, and I became a member of the Ridgeview staff as an office assistant in November of 2023. I love reading and studying God’s Word, and I also enjoy memorizing Scripture.

Joe Mayo

Middle School Minister

Raised in a Christian household, I've had a relationship with God through Christ from a young age. I met my amazing wife Kaci our senior year in High School, and we married in 2003. We have four awesome kids, Jacob, Josiah, Owen and Shiloh. Together we've enjoyed serving in various ministries and homeschooling. In 2021 God uprooted us from San Juan Capistrano, CA and brought us here to Rockwall, TX. Since then Ridgeview Church has been our home. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead and serve in the Middle School Ministry. Ephesians 2:8-9 have been staple verses since rededicating my life to the Lord in my early twenties, and now in my forties the following verse has really come to life: Ephesians 2:10 "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."

Tish Scott

Children’s Ministry Team Member

My family started attending Ridgeview in November 2016. I served in the children's ministry starting in early 2019 and came on staff in September 2020. My husband, Austin, and I have been married since 2012 and have 3 children: Christian (2008), Alaina (2012), and Joelle (2016). In my free time I love taking photos and crafting.

Rachel Hermesmeyer

Children’s Ministry Team Member

I grew up in church and accepted Jesus as my Savior in middle school at a youth summer camp. My husband, Tim, and I got married in 2007 and immediately had our three kids. We are a huge dog family, the more dogs the better. We moved to Fate from Forney in 2013 and the moment we walked into Ridgeview Church; we knew we were at home. I started working at the preschool in 2014 until 2023 and then moved over to the Children's Ministry. My favorite thing about working here is that we are all family. If I'm not at the church, I'm most likely at a volleyball court with my girls or running my son to football practice. We love being outdoors, hiking, fishing, and playing sports. My favorite verse is Matthew 5:16 and I try to live my life by these words. "In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father."

Tabitha Megyesi

Children’s Ministry Team Member

I grew up in church and as a kid I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior, but it was at a Summer camp in middle school where I came to fully understand who God was to me and truly forge a deep relationship with Him that I strive to grow in every day. My family moved to the Rockwall area in 2005 and my mother and I found our home in Ridgeview in the Fall of 2019. I grew up being called to serve in various children's ministries and programs throughout my teens and into adulthood, so it wasn't too much of a shock for the Lord to lead me to the Ridge Kids ministry starting with volunteering in 2021, leading to me interning with the ministry in the summer of 2022 and eventually completely stepping into the Ridge Kids Team later in the same year. When I'm not at the church, I fill my spare time with baking & crafting treats for family and friends and caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. My all-time favorite verse of all time is Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."
