The teaching of and nurturing of others, especially our babies and children, in the Christian faith is one of the highest callings to which Christians may aspire. Equally important are those who support the teaching ministry in a variety of capacities. We are grateful that you are interested in answering this call at Ridgeview Church.
Your interest shows that you love children as much as we do, and like us, you care deeply about their safety and well-being. With that as our primary goal, the below application has been developed to help us get to know and understand those who will be working with our children. As you prayerfully considered your decision to teach or care for children, we prayerfully considered this application and the questions asked.
Please answer each question fully and completely. The information provided by you will be held in the strictest of confidence and made available only to those directly involved with the selection process. We appreciate you, what your desires to serve mean, and how much more you will mean to us and the ministry team as we work together to further the Kingdom of God in our community.

Child Safety Training (for volunteers 18+): After submitting your background check, you will receive an email for child safety training through Protect My Ministry. Please watch the training and complete the 25 question quiz that follows after. The program will auto-generate an email to me when you have completed the training and passed the quiz.
After we have received each of these items, one of our children’s ministry team members will reach out to you and schedule a phone call to chat about the current ministry opportunities and explain more details.
